The pregnancy would be the first for the 55-year-old, making her particularly thrilled about her upcoming blessing.
Via Instagram, the reality star shared a mirror selfie flaunting her baby bump in a floral dress. Captioning the shot, she wrote:
“I’m already planning so many birthday theme parties for you .”
